ORDER CANCELLATION
We are able to accommodate the cancellation of your order for items that have not yet been placed with the production or are currently on backorder. If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to our team within a 24-hour window.
RETURNS
Please make your selections thoughtfully, as we cannot facilitate returns due to a change of preference or incorrect choices. We strongly advise previewing your orders meticulously before finalizing them.
EXCHANGES
Given that our products are crafted to meet your specific requirements, Six Sense Furniture regrets that exchanges for items are not allowed. We encourage you to thoroughly review your order before moving forward.
REFUNDS
Because our products are tailored to your specifications, Six Sense Furniture is unable to accept returns. Please review your order carefully before proceeding. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
WARRANTY
At Six Sense, we take pride in our product quality and delivery service. In the unlikely event that your piece arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us. To help us understand the issue, provide photographs of the product and packaging from various angles. For issues not captured in photos, short videos are acceptable.
Our manufacturer’s warranty covers material and workmanship defects for THREE YEARS from the delivery date. Contact our support team for assistance with any issues related to your Six Sense piece. We offer replacement parts, repairs, and replacements if needed.
Please note that our warranties are non-transferable and do not extend to resold items. They are valid when products are used appropriately and exhibit normal wear. Negligence, misuse, accidents, modifications, or commercial use voids the Six Sense warranty.
DAMAGES
For damaged or defective items, the standard procedures do not apply. In such cases, we take care of the situation and collaborate with you for the best solution. If damages or defects are reported within 14 days of delivery, corrective measures will be taken.

- Photos of the entire package and damaged area (if applicable)
- Photos of the item(s) and the damage/defect area
- Photos of package labels (item label & tracking label)
- Description of the issue
We aim to swiftly resolve the matter. If repairs are not possible, a refund or exchange will be arranged. The refund will be processed to your original payment card within 5 business days. Banks typically complete the refund process within 3-7 business days.
